Naveen Chopra is an established financial and operational leader with over 20 years of experience as CFO for high-growth, innovative companies. As Chief Financial Officer at Roblox Corporation, Chopra oversees the company’s financial operations including accounting, audit, tax, treasury, investor relations, and financial planning and analysis.
Prior to joining Roblox, Chopra served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Paramount Global, where he led the shift from legacy media to streaming. At Amazon, he served as CFO of the Devices and Services business, managing strategic consumer brands like Alexa, Echo, Fire TV, and Kindle. He also held the CFO role at Pandora Media, driving a turnaround that led to its $3.5B acquisition by SiriusXM.
Chopra served on the board of Vonage Holdings from 2014 to 2020, contributing to its audit and compensation committees before its acquisition by Ericsson. He previously served on the board of KQED, a nonprofit public media organization in San Francisco.
He holds bachelor's degrees in computer science and economics from Stanford University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
